The story of our company "Eleourgia of Crete SA", starts from the very beginning of the 1950s and, more precisely, in the village of Malles located in the prefecture of Lassithi, Crete. The company, in its original form, in addition to harvesting its own olive trees, was also engaged
in the collection of olive oil from other producers in the same area. As a result, in addition to the trade of bulk olive oil in the domestic market, the export of olive oil in bulk begins in the mid-1950s.
 From 1980 onwards, the company expands its collaborations and starts collecting olive oil from every corner of Crete, creating a strong network of partners. At the same time, it creates the first privately owned unit for the processing and standardization of Olive Oil in Vrilissia, Attica. It also launches in the Greek market, standardized Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Classic Olive Oil with the brand names "Asteri" and "Anatoli" respectively.
 From 1980 to 1992, both the exports and the increase of the company's reputation in the domestic market, created the need to expand its facilities.
 In 1995, the company moved to its new state-of-the-art privately owned facilities in Spata, Attica. New lines for bottling, filtering and storing olive oil are created there. At the same time, the company certifies its facilities, processes and products based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 international standards with all their following updates. A few years later, it launches its new brand name "En Elladi" in the market, which also has a remarkable response from the mass market.
 In 2015, the company is certified for the bottling and marketing of Organic products and a year later, it launches both in the Greek and the international market, the new product line, under the brand name "Creta Drop".
 The Brokos family that has been at the helm of the company since its inception in 1950 until today is committed to its goal, which is to offer quality and safe food to consumers, but at the same time trying to highlight, the place from which it all started, Crete, as well as the key to the Mediterranean diet, the Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Finally, our products are exported to more than 20 countries and thanks to the passion and dedication of the management and its employees, every year we open the door to new markets creating new partnerships that will always increase our share in the global olive oil market.
